HIIT is the ultimate fitness mash up.! A hard driving workout utilizing sprints, agility exercises, weight training and jump rope to kick-start your metabolism and build lean muscles. This class is designed for individuals seeking an intense boost to their workout routine.


This class is a 1-hour training session using different strength resistance bands and dumbbells focusing on abs & lower body to strengthen, build and tone your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves.


In this new class, we will be focusing on increasing our lean muscle mass by slowing down the pace of our traditional circuit workouts, increasing our weights, and moving more mindfully as we eliminate the cardio and focus solely on lifting heavy and effectively. This class is also an awesome way to help perfect your form and technique!
