What Every Runner Needs to Deal with Muscle Pain

You are what you eat, literally. Your body uses the food you eat to repair and fuel itself. Rest

Rest is truly the greatest healer. If the pain is serious, you need to give your body time to recover. Lighter exercise may not be enough. This could mean stopping altogether for a short amount of time. This can be very frustrating, but by babying an injury at the beginning, you can drastically reduce your recovery time. Recklessly pushing your body past its limits can result in serious damage that may take months or years to heal properly.
